Two of the funnest classes in the fitness industry are both great calorie burners!
According to Livestrong.com, Spinning burns 125 calories every 10 minutes. That means for a 60 minute class you’d burn 750 calories! So, if you took all 14 of Lexington Athletic Club’s Spinning classes in a week you’d burn a whopping 10,500 calories! Not recommending you do that, just sayin’ that’s a ton of calories!
Zumba is no slouch either! You may be thinking how can a dance class set to Shakira burn 500 calories an hour? Check it out. This cool Zumba Calorie Calculator will tell you how many calories you will burn in a class. Just enter your weight, length of class and your intensity level, presto you get your calorie burn.
