Cancellation and Freeze Procedures

Cancellation Procedures:

• Please refer to a copy of your membership agreement for specific details on
  cancellation eligibility and how to cancel a membership.
• Do not send any form of cancellation request to ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC. as they do
  not handle or process cancellation requests. Make requests to Lexington Athletic Cub directly.

Freeze Procedures:

• As a courtesy, limited freezing of a membership is permitted for seniors, students, and
  medical reasons that meet certain requirements. Please check with a club manager for
  details and restrictions.
• Do not send any form of freeze request to ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC. as they do not
  handle or process freeze requests. Make requests to Lexington Athletic Club directly.
• Call 859-273-3163 to place a freeze on your membership.
