Lexington Athletic Club recently added two new pieces of HIIT style cardio to the cardio theater, Ski Ergs by Concept 2. They are very popular in CrossFit and interval style training circles. They are another “fun” movement to pair with sprint intervals on rower/bike/treadmill for max calories and EPOC. Here’s a LINK to “8 Great Ski Erg Workouts”.
