HIIT FITNESS
Lexington Athletic Club has two areas that are perfect for high intensity interval training. One has a large turf area, weights, heavy bags and a Rogue pull-up rig. The other is adjacent to our main weights and cardio area and it has 24 pieces of HIIT style “get on and go” cardio plus a large TRX rig.
