So you’ve been running countless laps on the Lexington Athletic Club mondo track (the largest indoor track in Kentucky, BTW, just sayin’) or sprinting up simulated hills on LAC’s 20% incline Woodway treadmills (our $11,000 hamster wheels, again, not braggin’ :-)) and now you’re ready to test your legs on the real thing…Well check it out LAC friends. Coming up on November 5, 2011 there is a 4 mile trail run at the Salato Wildlife Education Center just outside of Lexington. (register HERE)
