August 7, 2023: POOL UPDATE: Great news! An extension has been granted until January 1, 2024, hopefully allowing enough time for the KAR regulations to be updated. Currently the regulations really only apply to water parks and beaches and there is not a category for a “lap swimming pool” like ours. Hopefully this will change between now and the new deadline. Thanks for everyone’s support!
